Hi REC team,

Brick had a concept of "Energy_Zone" introduced in 1.2 https://brickschema.org/ontology/1.3/classes/Energy_Zone/, but I found that the name is too generic. I wonder if REC is interested in introducing something similar like ElectricityZone or ElectricalZone to represent a zone covered by a single feeder (like a riser or a circuit breaker) or an electrical meter.

Wonder if it's a good place to start off our discussion or need more inputs from domain experts?

Hi @jbkoh

We just had out technical committe meeting where we discussed this.

We're happy to implement the ElectricalZone as a subclass to the rec:Zone. Or do you see need for additional classes or relationships as well?

Just the class is good enough for now. I expect other domain experts to chime in more in the future. Thanks Peter!
