  • Lighting
    • Rely on vending machine lighting at the back of the cafeteria (darker)
    • Wall mount panels need low level/sprite lighting (neutral colours - not interactive)
    • Soft corridor lighting for navigation
    • Use multiple smaller lights to cast through windows (like in the freezer lab)
  • Marine hint nodes
  • Detail (Mostly wall support details)
  • Particles (vents)
  • Soundscape (cheerful cafeteria music?)
  • Add welded and nav-blocked doors
  • Combat design
    • Only use small aliens initially until broken out of cafeteria (they can't get through the windows unless players break them)
    • Only send a horde on the way back? Big aliens should only turn up after players have broken in
