I’d like to add a personal touch to this email "You have received an application from...!" so that mentors feel a stronger connection and sense of responsibility, recognizing that it’s coming from a real person with motivations and expectations. I believe this could encourage mentors to respond more actively. And make a design change to the email "
This time it wasn't a match".
What needs to be done?
Please integrate the motivation message written by the mentee in their application into the transactional email to the mentor. If the message exceeds 250 characters, please end it with “...”.
The design and styling should match that of the other transactional email: “Congratulations! Mentor XX has accepted your application, XX.” (don't want to attach the screenshot for privacy reasons).
Please make the same design and styling for the message in the transactional email "This time it wasn't a match" as for the other transactional email: “Congratulations! Mentor XX has accepted your application, XX.” (don't want to attach the screenshot for privacy reasons).
Thanks!
