新的文档位于 docs 目录，使用 vitepress，主题vitepress-zinc-theme

包含以下部分：

使用指南
开发和贡献代码
关于本项目

新文档完成后 README.md 仅保留截图和Contributors。

This issue is used to track the progress of new documentation and will be closed upon completion

The new document is located in the docs directory, using vitepress, theme vitepress-zinc-theme

Includes the following parts:

Deployment Guide
Function List
User Guide
Develop and contribute code
About this project

After the new document is completed, the README.md will only retain screenshots and Contributors.
