They are anti-aliased on the master branch, at least for me. Does this happen only on the branch you are working on right now? If yes, I can look into fixing that once your branch is merged.

Well you know, maybe it would be good if I actually checked the multisampling setting!! It was set to the default 2x and I thought since the rest of the models looked smooth that it was up higher than that... My mistake!
