#ChatRoom ReadME Chat room was made with some parts based on Comugypt 1.0. There will be plans for encryption but that will be in later updates. Chat Room Doser is made for experimentation and research only. Do not use the script on any Chat Room servers. Chat Room Doser is made only for the Chat Room server. ChatRoom 2.0 is official but may have bugs. It currently doesn't have the ability to add multiple users yet. Version 2.1 will have any reported that are fixed bugs. If you find any issues please contact me on one of the social media accounts listed towards the bottom of this README

Requirements:

  • Tkinter
  • pip

Chat Room 1.0 Codename "Birth" Features:

  • Ubuntu/Linux based OSes only because it requires xterm
  • Works and tested on Ubuntu
  • Plaintext communication
  • Uses socket
  • Uses threading for multiple clients
  • Multiple clients supported

Chat Room 1.0 has been tested on:

  • Ubuntu Linux 16.10

Chat Room 1.1 Codename "Shape Shifter" Features:

  • Added ip logging support
  • Improved support for platforms other than Ubuntu/Linux based OSes
  • Improved Performance and dos protection.
  • Redesigned and Improved Display Algorithm

Chat Room 1.1 has been tested on:

  • Ubuntu Linux 16.10

Chat Room 2.0 Codename "Crypto Cat" Features:

  • Client Unique Encrypted communication
  • Database implementation
  • More complexity
  • More options
  • Security

Chat Room 2.0 has been tested on:

  • Ubuntu Linux 16.10

Possible Future Features:

  • SQL or MYSQL logging
  • Data Mining AI
