Pretty much what the title says. I've found that descriptions downloaded from theTVDB or other online sources can sometimes contain spoilers, and even when spoiler-free can reduce your desire to watch an episode.
Adding a setting to allow users to hide the descriptions and an option to hide the thumbnails of a show's episodes that are still marked as unwatched allows a user to enter each new episode "blind" of what it will be about, which presents a more satisfying experience. The default for these settings can be off so as not to change current behaviour, and just provide the option for those who desire it.
The thumbnail for episodes that are unwatched can simply be the series or season thumbnail instead. The description can simply be a message "unwatched episode descriptions are hidden" or something similar.
