We should develop an installation procedure which installs dependencies automatically via setup.py and requirements.txt, which can be tested in continuous integration (see #2). I'll should be able to help with this, but want to mark for reference.
Once we've got that done, we can prep a release on pypi that will allow users to install the package via pip install.
Note that the title psp is already taken on pypi, so we'll have to either contact the owner of that pypi repo and ask for his permission to have the name or release on pypi under another name. My recommendation would be to consider another name, but we can discuss that.

So given that rdkit and openbabel don't have stable pypi distributions (but do have conda formulas) it might not make sense to distribute on pypi. We could prep a conda formula. I'm a little less experienced with that so will look into it.
