Describe the bug
Some of our modelica files are displayed as "Motoko".

Based on language's definition of linguist (which is used to get the used languages) Motoko and Modelica are bose associated with .mo files

Expected behavior
Motoko shouldn't be shown, just Modelica

We can fix this by using linguist override
