Dead links on harnessjs.org

I've found a number of links in your docs and tutorial that don't work:

• The repo for the example starter, which is linked in your docs at https://github.com/RTIInternational/harness-starter-template/, returned a 404
• Tutorial repo https://github.com/RTIInternational/harness-tutorials
• The first link at the top of each section of the tutorial are to localhost, like http://localhost:8080/part-one

Thanks for finding this -we'll get that fixed in the docs. The starter template is 404'ing because it's still private, but that should change shortly. If you'd like access I can grant that through the org. I'll get the tutorial links fixed up asap!
