[Feature Request] Add Installation ID

Quick summary

On first launch RPCS3 should generate random installation ID (usually it's just a GUID).
Then it should be logged somewhere in the log file.

Details

Besides generation on first boot, several more features are desired:

• Ability for user to regenerate new ID at will (some button in Settings)
• Ability to preserve current ID on settings reset (so probably a separate file)

2. Please tell us, why your feature is important to RPCS3.

We need a way to correlate submitted log files for some upcoming bot features, and using user profile name or something else is not reliable enough.
