Fetch mouse phenotype data #128

Open targets has information on mouse phenotypes. We should provide such data as well when we can. As an example look at:

https://platform.opentargets.org/target/ENSG00000251562

We could provide a similar table for mouse sequences as well. We can fetch the data from MGI or from Open Targets depending on which is easier.
