Web App UX Review 1

See annotated/marked up screenshot:

The Call to Action Sign In button should be higher up on the page
Instead of "Rocky Mountain Institute" it should say "RMI"

And note to self: should add some content on the page about the other PACTA use cases.

And I'm using "cleanup" for this even though the description specifically says without UX changes :)
