The Rhode Island Digital Service Standard

Design, Build, Lead - A Standard for Modern Services in Rhode Island

Principal Author: Maxwell Gigle

Additional Content: Robert Martin, Julie Joo, Brian J. McGuirk

The Standard draws examples and inspiration from best practices and case studies exemplified within the work of the United Kingdom’s Government Digital Service; the United States’ Digital Service and 18F; New Zealand’s Government Digital Services; Australia’s Digital Transformation Agency; Estonia’s e-governance; Ontario, Canada’s Digital Government; Victoria, Australia’s Digital Government Services; Georgia, USA’s Digital Services; CUTGroup, Chicago; and others.

The Rhode Island Digital Service Standard is meant to evolve as we learn and grow. Your feedback and lessons learned will inform future iterations. Go, explore, and improve!
