Change logo to time based one

Set logo as a clock 🕒 , hourglass⏳ or time themed one.
Current R logo does not feel right.

It's an improvement 🤩
However if we're going to use it, I suggest the clock be perfectly centered in the white circle

Since we've been unable to reach agreement or find time to edit the given logo in photoshop this issue will remain open until we do.

I feel the hourglass is a bit generic, anyone who sees it has some idea what it is. But in terms of countdown I think an hourglass is a good fit.
