Fix typo in connegp ontology prefix

Replace typo across all instances in the codebase

Discussed Namespace with Ashley.
This change would be breaking for existing custom profiles. Do not believe there are many of these, and in any case the changes to v4 will be breaking anyway.

@nicholascar in the Spec altr namespace is <http://www.w3.org/ns/dx/connegp/altr#>
but under the extensions section the altr-ext namespace is only ever referred to with <http://example.org/altr-ext#>

It is reasonable that altr-ext should be <http://www.w3.org/ns/dx/connegp/altr-ext#> ?
