Regard index.html as directory index file if serving content from archive file

Sometimes a documentation is published which makes use of linking 'directories' instead of direct files, e.g. a request to /my-group/my-artifact/1.0.0/somedoc/foo/bar/ shouldn't fail but instead serve the content of /foo/bar/index.html instead.
