Brief summary
The installer disables the sys-usb option if you using a usb keyboard but not the sub options. if you enable these you can't create sys-usb after that as described in the Documentation see also https://forum.qubes-os.org/t/error-creating-sys-usb/7281
seems to be related to #6754
Steps to reproduce
Vanilla Install on a PC with just one USB Controller + usb Keyboard -> Initial Setup Stage
Expected behavior
All Options regarding sys-usb should be disabled or add an option that enables the usb keyboard sys-usb config
Actual behavior
Users are able to choose these options without any effect other then it's prevents easy enabling sys-usb later
