@jstac I believe that the quantecon/tests directory needs and __init__.py script.

Thanks for pointing this out, I hadn't thought to put an __init__.py in yet. I created a tests branch last night and am starting some tests right now. I will go ahead and put in an __init__.py file on the tests branch, but I think we should leave this open until the tests branch gets merged.
