Unicode support doesn't seem to work on MS-Windows #681

  1. Run cmd.exe
  2. Execute chcp 65001
  3. Execute qalc -u8 "3pi^2". Shell displays 3 pi while 3 × pi² ≈ 29,60881320 should be displayed instead.

OS: Windows 10 Home
qalc.exe version: 5.2.0.

Unicode characters are converted to UTF-16 in qalc before output on Windows.

Does that mean that in order for qalc to display Unicode characters on MS-Windows I need a terminal emulator that supports UTF-16?
