How to place numbers instead of the icons?

Hi @PygmySlowLoris, Just I wanna talk about something that is asked so far times by the most of the people who're using Vue-Stepper. Just, Is Vue-Stepper a stepper? If so where is its numbered (count) steps? I ask you to add them in the new version of Vue-Stepper. I'm talking about the numbers that will be in the place of icons. Please add this feature.
