Describe the bug

Implement a safe recovery from simulator crashes
The safe recovery flow should ideally let the user restore a previous non-erroneous state of the circuit.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Simulator'
  2. Draw this circuit
  3. In '16KB RAM', try to insert subcircuit "4KB RAM"
  4. Simulator crashes, now reload the webpage.
  5. Try to Recover Project.
  6. See error.

Expected Behavior

Users should be able to recover their circuits when their simulator crash due to any reason.
