This PR shuffles the order of the options for the "How Did You Hear About Us" Survey we ask users to fill out when they create a new team. This helps prevent survey bias (always picking the first response, etc).
No tests, not sure we have any related to this particular feature.
I was also seeing white text on a white background for the options (see image below). Going to check the Netlify preview to see if it's an artifact of my local environment.
