Getting task run results in final state hook on_completion

My current hook looks as follows:

def cleanup_workdir(flow: Flow, flow_run: FlowRun, state: State):
    ...
    task1_result_objs = flow_run.get_task_result("task1-slug")  # ???
    ...

In prefect1, there was an ability of retrieving task run result via get_task_run_result.

Is there a way to retrieve task run result in the hook in Prefect2 (something like from the FlowRun object )?
