Gallery Reports Script Analyzer Evaluation Parser Error

PowerShell Gallery reports ScriptAnalyzer failures to module authors that use classes from a RequiredModule.

For example, the VSTeam module depends on SHiPS and when it is evaluated by the gallery, there are parser errors as the classes that define the attributes used are not discovered by the Script Analyzer.
