You need components of Windows to load/work with libraries. Download from this website:
Latest supported VC 2015-2017-2019-2022
Install from this website other older versions:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

If after that doesn't work you need to search on GitHub the last releases of libraries: sscanf, streamer and crashdetect.
