Request: Session recording exclude list

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There are some cases in which you would never want to capture session recordings for certain users. For example, internal users, test users, users that do not consent to the session recording (or other compliance-related restriction), etc.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to add a cohort(s) to a session recording exclusion list so that their sessions are never captured.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually removing the recordings? Disabling session recording altogether if it's a compliance issue.
