Make the list of shown recording events configurable

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There is a lot of noise in the recording events, especially if you use things like feature flags or group analytics. This can make the list hard to glance at and see what is going on

1. Add a button next to the event search that opens a modal where you can choose which events should be shown and which should be hidden. It should probably be a "Hide events" list with some sensible defaults.
2. Change the events list rendering to show a minimal "N events hidden" spacer that can be clicked to expand and show the hidden events.
