If it's clear the player doesn't care about the "chased by the shark minigame" anymore, we should skip it

Maybe some logic like, "If this is your third (or more) shark... And you've been caught by a shark in the last 10 minutes... And that shark chase minigame lasted less than 5 seconds... Then revealing a shark just instantly makes a shark appear under your hand which bites your finger"
