In the Custom Environment section

A reference of the default configuration can be found at browser/config.js.

The current link is

https://github.com/Polymer/tools/blob/master/packages/web-component-tester/browser/config.js

I believe it should be for .ts

https://github.com/Polymer/tools/blob/master/packages/web-component-tester/browser/config.ts

Will open a PR.
