We received a report today of a Travis build where Tachometer on-demand installation for chromedriver failed: https://travis-ci.org/github/Polymer/lit-html/jobs/719373543#L312

The failure was reproduced with a trivial Travis / Tachometer configuration: https://travis-ci.com/github/cdata/tach-test-repo/builds/180566402

Investigation into the issue has begun.

This turned out to be a Node.js v10 compatibility issue. See #183 for details.
