Issue Description

When both Terra and Oraxen are installed together, vanilla structures (like villages, temples, etc.) do not generate in the world. The terrain generates normally, but no vanilla Minecraft structures appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Terra and Oraxen on a Purpur 1.21.1 server
2. Generate new chunks/world
3. Observe that vanilla structures are not generating

What Should Happen

Vanilla structures should generate normally in the Terra-generated world even with Oraxen installed.

What Actually Happens

No vanilla structures generate when both plugins are active.

Additional Notes

• Issue only occurs when both plugins are installed
• Terrain generation works normally otherwise
• No error messages in console
• Tested and confirmed that structures generate correctly when running either plugin individually
