J'ai dû créer un token sur Github avec l'option read:packages pour pouvoir faire docker pull ghcr.io/pnx-si/...
Est-ce normal ? Est-il possible de rendre ces packages public ?

Hum, pas à ma connaissance. Les packages GeoNature-extra (incluant les 4 modules) sont bien publics : https://github.com/orgs/PnX-SI/packages?repo_name=GeoNature-Docker-services
