Pricing menu item has broken link on customized 404 page (commercial site and developer portal)

Describe the Pain you found while using Developer Portal

1. Access developer portal with some address invalid like https://developer.oftrust.net/page/
2. Check all menu items, click on Pricing

Result:
Href for Pricing menu item is invalid, Is missing /en so user remains still on 404.

This is also reproducing for Commercial site ( check https://platformoftrust.net/page/ )
