pfr_assemblyqc: please use the latest Nextflow version on pP

For pfr users:

The nextflow version needs to be updated in the pfr_assemblyqc, Otherwise, the following error may happen:

Failed requirement - Plugin [email protected] requires Nextflow version >=23.10.0 (current 23.04.4)

Can you please share your launch command? Which pipeline version are you using? The latest version of the pipeline (https://github.com/Plant-Food-Research-Open/assemblyqc/releases/tag/2.2.0) uses Nextflow 24.04.3 as can be seen in the pfr_assemblyqc file,

Is it possible that you have tried to use the old launch script with the new version of the pipeline?
