Description of Change(s)

  • Replaces boost::mt19937 with std::mt19937.
  • Replaces boost::uniform_int and boost::variate_generator with std::uniform_int_distribution

Fixes Issue(s)

  • I have verified that all unit tests pass with the proposed changes
  • I have submitted a signed Contributor License Agreement
