Add a "Loading bar" to AJAX actions on Manager UI

Hi,
I am using the VS Project template.
I noticed that there is no loader/loading bar any where in the manager UI, so whenever i click on a button e.g save or update, there is nothing to show that the site is working or an action is in progress.

Please how can i add this ?
