Finalize the IStorage & IStorageSession interfaces and implement them for Azure Blob Storage.

I'm slightly postponing this feature as the Azure packages for DotNet core only has asynchronous support at the moment. Since all other repositories are synchronous this would break the pattern.

DotNet Core storage packages won't include sync. Adding this module is dependent on fixing #109 first
