vuejs-datepicker is deprecated

We have faced many problems with the specific component and the last update to the repo was made 5 years ago (excluding a small change in package-lock.json) whilst there are many open issues. As it seems the repo is now dead.

We will take a look at it, let's see how hard it will be to find a Vue2 date picker that is actively maintained since Vue3 was released four years ago.
