Configurable size of board and number of mines

It would be more replayable if we could choose a bigger board (fill in some of the space that currently just has background with more mine spaces) and if we could choose more or less mines.

Unfortunately I'm not presently developing Minesweeper.
I intend to fix the outstanding issues when I have a few moments to do so,
and I am willing to accept more translations, but I won't be adding any new features.

You're free to create your own fork and add those features to your local copy if you want,
and you can even publish and advertise your local version on the Arduboy forum (or anywhere else) if you want, (as long as you follow the rules of the licence of course)
but I won't be adding those features into the master branch.
