[BUG] Passing a list of wires to qml.Identity causes QJIT to segmentation fault #1175

The following code will produce a segmentation fault due to the use of qml.Identity([0, 1]).

dev = qml.device("lightning.qubit", wires=2)

@qjit
@qml.qnode(dev)
def circuit():
    qml.Identity([0, 1])
    return qml.state()

circuit()

This looks to be a problem with how Identity is defined in the runtime. __catalyst__qis__Identity only accepts one single wire parameter.
