[Send Asset]: No error message when entering an invalid address #329

Preconditions:

Install and log in to Pelagus

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the Send Asset page
Fill the %Send To:% field with an invalid address (for example: 0xjsjak23)
Expected result:
The error "Address could not be found" appeared
Actual result:
Currently, only the error "Only Golden Age addresses are supported" is displayed, which does not cover all possible cases

Additionally: Issue 330 is related to this
