Installed builds should use the paths from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.storage.applicationdata?view=winrt-19041#properties. AFAIK right now we are using the LocalCache folder for data, and %TEMP% for temporary files. LocalCache is not backed up, and %TEMP% is not automatically cleaned up when we uninstall the application.
