Unable to select species to connect BridgeDb Webservice

Clicking on species dropdown does nothing. No options are shown; nothing can be selected.

Just before the winter break we recovered the source code, but it hasn't been looked at in many, many years: https://github.com/BiGCAT-UM/BridgeDbConfig

For example, we need to update the build instructions and release management. Then we can see if we can fix it.

Opened ticket in the plugin repo (pointing to here). Yihang will try building the jar and fixing the bug.
@egonw Can you add me and Yihang to that repo?

A new jar was created before summer. But I don't remember right now where we put it.
