For some reason nothing using a placeholder is working it just shows up like, "sodium-extra.overlay.fps" and other stuff like that. I would really like this fixed because it acts the same without the mode, its like its not even on.

Are you mod dev? Them show your code. Are you just an user? Then this mod requires mod developers to directly use it, it doesn't change anything with game itself.

Sorry, I am a user mods that use this mod don't display things right anymore. It worked in 1.21 but broke when I updated Minecraft to 1.21.1
