Part-DB 1.0 release in new repository

Part-DB 1.0

For some time I was working on a complete new rewrite of the existing Part-DB (in this repo) with heavily improved user experience and many useful new features.
This was now released as Version 1.0.0 in this repository.

It is highly recommended to upgrade to the new version (when you can) as most development will be focused on the new version. The Part-DB 0.5.* and 0.6.* versions will most likely not receive any new features.

The upgrade process for migrating your old Part-DB database to the new version is described here. There are some important changes (and some minor features are still missing), so you should read the upgrade guide carefully.

• Support for non integer quantities for parts (like meters for wires, or cubic-meters for liquids)

• Create data structures directly from part edit pages
• Improved label system, included barcode scanning with webcam
• Improved projects (devices) system
• True multi-language support
• Docker support
