Changed the randomization method for Handling Randomizer. It will now give each individual vehicle its own values randomized from other existing handling data, and will crash less. However, please note that this feature remains experimental.
Modified Object Randomizer so that it does not spawn massive objects that will block you from reaching mission objectives. It should now also randomize objects that must be destroyed for a mission into other destructible objects. However, please note that this feature remains experimental.
Added a config option for whether planes in Air Raid can fly or will instantly crash into the ground.

Added a vehicle pattern for one of the bikes in Explosive Situation so one will always be usable for the intended route out of the quarry if the player wishes to use it.
Fixed some larger vehicles in Home Invasion being unusable.
