PAI / IP150 disconnect when alarm fired

Hi

I have been using PAI with an EVOHD through IP150 for a long time, and everything works perfectly, except for one very annoying issue:
whenever an alarm occurs, the whole system becomes unresponsive for several seconds (about 10?), and connectivity through PAI is lost.
Connectivity resumes by itself.

I have updated several times my firmwares and I am using latest (non dev) pai version.
I suspect it may be more an hardware issue than a software one.

Have you dealt with the same issue or having an idea on what's happening ?

Is it a local connection or via paradox cloud? I recommend using local only.

When PAI is not connected is it still unresponsive during first 10 seconds?

pai seems to stay responsive, it just get disconnected when the alarm fires. The ~10sec disconnect may correspond to pai re-connecting to the control panel, and home assistant getting the right status through mqtt.

Hi,
I had a similar problem and I went back to the factory app.
Any solution? Is it possible, that the 12V drops because of the current from the siren....?
I had a similar problem that only appeared when the alarm occurs

My problem also only occurs when the alarm occurs.
But it happens even without having a siren fired (I mean even if my sirens are not linked to that partition for exemple). And I have no hardwired sirens, all my sirens are wireless and i just have a 1k resistor between Bell+ and Bell-.

"I have no hardwired sirens...."....oh, in this case, there can be no question of a battery.

I think this could be more a hardware issue than a PAI one ?
So I will probably have to find some time and use an oscilloscope to look at the paradox panel to IP150 interconnection.

I think the opposite, it will be more of a software problem.
I never had a problem if the IP150 was connected to the factory iParadox or Insite Gold applications.
But last time it was connected to HA and we couldn't turn it off for seconds.
