SP6000 and IP150+ problem

Dear all,

I would like to ask your help in the followings. I have added an IP150+ module to SP6000 panel and installed PAI which is great. I have to connection and I see all zones and open sensors and I can arm the system. My only problem is the PAI add-on keeps loosing connection with the panel and it keeps restarting. I could not really configure the ip150+ as the mobile app's seems not working very well and there is no web interface for the ip150+. I was keep pingig the device and I saw the connection loss too as device was unreachable for a few sec. I reseted the device and there is no loss on the ping but PAI is still loosing connection time to time. In short intervalls it is working good then I loose it for minutes.

Do you guys have any idea how could I fix it ? I would be really glad if you could help me with this!

Is currently internet connection blocked for the IP module? I remember somebody had problems when internet was blocked on router level, IP module periodically restarted.
I do not know much about these 6.x firmwares. But you need to ensure network works as intended, otherwise you will get disconnects.

I did not touch the router yet but I will try. I tried the blue eye and the other up and with local IP both worked fine. I did not test it for long so it might be broken too. The network works fine now it should not be an issue. My internet provider uses NAT. Can it be a problem with port forwards?

If you are using local network connection then your internet provider does not matter.
