Update schedule dialog copy when no recurrence is available

We always show the schedule button and the subtitle of the dialog reads "create a recurring meeting series or add the meeting to your calendar". This is misleading as recurrence is only available for retros and standups.

Acceptance criteria

• update the copy to mention recurrence only when available
• alternatively make it available for more meeting types
